Barrel Aged Cherry Imperial Stout We took our award-winning Russian Imperial Stout and left it to mature for six months in whisky barrels alongside 160kg of beautifully sour cherries. The result, is a wonderfully indulgent, strong, yet smooth imperial stout, with a hit of tart cherry that cuts through layers of coffee, chocolate, oak and whisky. This beer is the very first in our series of Crimea River variations, watch this space
