Description
This is our homage to the classic pale ales popularised by the first wave of craft brewers from the West Coast of the USA. Light crystal malts balance perfectly with US and NZ hops to give papaya and grapefruit flavours that develop into a lasting bitterness to bring you back for more.
Malt: Maris Otter, Vienna, Carapils, Light Crystal
Hops: Pilgrim, Citra, Ekuanot, Taiheke, Azzaca
