Impish or Admirable?

Impish or Admirable? is our first Imperial Stout & the first in our barrel ageing programme also! We created the devilishly delightful 11% stout and split it into 4 parts. We kept 1 part as is and aged the other 3 in different barrels: an Islay Whisky barrel, a ruby port barrel & a bourbon barrel in order to highlight the difference in flavour between them. Weve then bottled all the varieties in 330ml hand wax sealed stubbies and weve kegged some of the original! Case will contain 3 bottles of each of the 4 variations.
