Description
Named after the famous Flemish cobbled climb, the Koppenberg is a brown ale fermented with a very traditional Belgian yeast. The fruity, spicy yeast characteristics marry harmoniously with the warm, biscuit flavours derived from the dark malt additions. The result is big enough to savour but restrained enough to enjoy and will work particularly well when accompanying food. An autumnal, continental treat.
