Description
Smooth like a milkshake and boldly flavoured with eight different chai spices, Spice Route transports you to the vibrant, bustling markets of Asia. First, we layered oats, flaked barley, wheat & a generous helping of lactose to create a full-bodied, silky beer. We then added cinnamon sticks, ginger root, fennel seeds, star anise, green cardamom pods, whole cloves, whole nutmeg, and black cardamom pods to the tank until it was tasting just right. Finally, the addition of whole vanilla pods gives this beer additional sweetness and an extra layer of flavour. A delight to the senses.
