Description
The combination of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka strike you immediately with a citrus punch, quickly followed by gooseberry on the palate. Waimea and Trident collided in the whirlpool, providing even more lime and a touch of piney bitterness to balance the citrus.
We've partnered with Lallemand to use a brand new yeast called Pomona. This modern hybrid IPA yeast rounds this beer off with delicate notes of peach and tropical fruits, complementing the New Zealand hops in this Hazy Pale perfectly.
