Not your typical lager, the unique fermentation process for this beer uses a lager yeast at ale fermentation temperatures. This contributes directly to its very distinctive flavour profile, notes of caramel and toasted malt is complemented by dried fruit and grassy hops from Northern Brewer and Mittelfruh and finished off with the classic lager crispness you know and love.
