Organic Green Hop Pale Ale

Description

A collaboration with the garden team at Rufflets, St Andrews.

This beer was made with fresh, Fife-grown organic hops, which went from the bine into the beer on the same day – not something we’re used to seeing in breweries in Scotland. This marks the start of an exciting Fife partnership and a new annual tradition.

The hops are very gentle in the finished beer – overall, it’s fresh, leafy-green, with light bitterness and lovely weight in the mouth.

This is a natural beer. Raw, unfiltered and naturally carbonated - conditioned in the can. Please store chilled.
