Easy Trail is an easy-going session IPA, inspired by leisurely walks through rural Scotland - the perfect pick-up to be enjoyed however and whenever you feel the need for refreshment.
Easy Trail was created as a spin-off from the Workbench IPA project, taking lessons learned during our experiments with hops and applying them to a more sessionable version of an IPA. Launched in the summer of 2018, the response to the first brew of Easy Trail took everyone by surprise and it quickly became a member of our year-round keg line-up before transitioning into cans to launch our new range in late 2018.
Easy Trail's flavour profile is all about balance - delivering the perfect mix of juicy berry and clean citrus notes up front, with a refreshing finish showcasing crisp, piney notes.
