A 6.5% blend of barrel aged spontaneously fermented farmhouse ales aged on a mix of berries and currants.
Juicy red fruits, vibrant acidity with a gentle oak finish.
The Nàdar series of adjunct spontaneous beers, which takes its name from the gaelic word for 'nature', will allow us to explore the impact of fruit and hops on our native microflora’s unique peach and apricot flavour profile.
