Description
Wurlitzer is a collaboration with Donzoko Brewing Co. Brewed with a blend of ale and champagne yeast and fermented down to a very low sugar level, then hit with one tonne of white grape juice during and post fermentation. Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin to add to the wine-like character.
