Description
Blisco Dash is a Kveik Pale Ale. Our favourite Voss yeast strain has been cranking esters through ramped fermentation and cast-out temps. On top of that, its been loaded with classic Cascade and Hallertau Blanc / Melon hotside for full-on pine, floral and sweet fruit top notes, before being blasted with Idaho 7 in the dry-hop for that tropical kick.
