Description
Japanese for “overwork death”, Karoshi pays homage to the incredible teamwork that’s gone into GHBC’s recent expansion. It features an organics yeast from Portland, Oregon, chosen for its high ester production. Dry hopping is lead by Nelson Sauvin, with Motueka and El Dorado coming later. The malt composition is 35% flaked oats, extra pale Maris Otter and a light addition of Cara Pils.
