Description
Brewed in collaboration with one of our favourite London venues, The Rake. Mimir is fermented with Kveik yeast which delivers a punch of fragrant citrus esters dominated by juicy orange, lime and sweet apricot. We then dry hopped this beer with Mosaic, Cascade, Idaho 7 and Cryo Simcoe.
