A clean saison brewed with locally foraged elderflowers! Brewed in collaboration with the Hand Brew Co foraging community and released just in time for the sunny weather. A lightly peppery and citrussy fermentation profile supports an intensely floral, sweet aroma of elderflower. Bittered just enough to keep the sweetness in check, and fermented nice and dry. Deliciously refreshing and remarkably complex.
