I am brewed in March, when
Spring arrives and minds are
running to Summer
Put away the thick swaeters,
I add joy to your plate
with a touch of ginger and
red pepper. You can combine
me with asian dishes such as
chicken curry.
I give the best of me at
around 8 degrees.
