Description
Hiver specialises in honey beer and we use only British ingredients and suppliers to produce our craft beers.
For this amber ale we ferment raw blossom and heather honeys to complement and add depth to darker oasted malts. A light hop bitterness finishes a flavoursome and unpasteurised brown ale.
