Description
A sorbet inspired beer, brewed with lots of raspberry and a touch of lime to make a mouth cleansing, slightly sharp beer. We didn't stop with just fruit, we also dry hop in fermenter with Eukanot hops to ground this little fruity minx back to being a beer. It is hazy and has a nice rich raspberry colour which is great served chilled. It is also gluten free and vegan friendly.
