Crystal and chocolate malts in the mash impart nutty, caramel, and chocolate flavors. Magnum hops in the boil add a clean, soft bitterness that is balanced by the sweetness of dark muscovado sugar. Sovereign hops in the whirlpool contribute subtle fruit and floral notes, creating a well-rounded bittersweet finish
