This beer serves two purposes; it's a tribute to Mark E Smith of the Fall who died recently, plus it's a nod to recent events here at Hopcraft Towers, more of which soon! Oh yes, there's three; it tastes good too! A fairly standard "Hopcraft mash" and our usual Summit first wortage leads on to a trio of flavour / aroma hops with Cascade, Azacca and Mosaic to impart citrus, tropical fruit and even soft dark fruit flavours to go with the gentle maltiness and hefty yet smooth bitterness in the finish One of a series of new beers we're brewing this Winter... enjoy! Style: Hoppy Pale Colour: 5.6 EBC (Pale gold) ABV: 4.8% Bitterness:86 IBUs (Fairly high) Malt: LC Planet, Best Ale, Wheat Malt, Dextrin malt Hops: Summit, Azacca, Cascade, Mosaic (US) Yeast: US05 ale yeast Hops grams / litre: 14.75
