Description
The name refers to a track by industrial band Lard; I'd forgotten how good it was until Gav, who was helping us out, brought the album in... It's an extra-pale ale with all Pacific hops to give a fruity and tropical hop character which is totally in contrast to the bleakness of the pumpclip... and yes, this is intentional! It's dry hopped with the relatively new Aussie hop Vic Secret which imparts a huge citrussy, tropical fruit experience; this hop is straight in at No.1! Style: Mid-Atlantic Pale Ale Colour: 4.9 EBC (Extra-pale gold) ABV: 5% Bitterness: 94 IBUs Malt: Low-colour Propino, Wheat Malt Hops: Summit, Waimea, Green Bullet, Vic Secret Yeast: US05 American ale yeast
