Description
Oceanic was born back in the turbulence of April 2014 when Tom left suddenly and Dean - old mate, brewing legend and all-round top bloke - stepped in to help Gazza out with the brewery. One of the recipes we formulated was Oceanic, a pale ale with almost all AUS/NZ hops. It's been through the usual process of recipe tweaking over the past few brews but this edition, version 5, may well be the final one with it's Nelson-heavy character and extra-pale colour.
