An idea from a train journey! Whilst thinking about the next new Waen beer, conversation turned to chocolate puddings and, after a bit of googling, the unheard of "Bumpy cake" was brought to light! With "pudding stouts" being all the rage at the moment it was only right that the next Waen stout was one, but based upon a cake largely unknown in the UK but stuffed full of lovely things like Muscovado sugar, Vanilla and lots of lovely Cacao nibs! If you like chocolate pudding, this is what you need.
