Our 2019 barrel aged projects have come to fruition, and this is an opportunity to get both beers in a single case. Case of 12 x Yuki & 12 x Well Shot 330ml Cans
Yuki 9.2%
The base beer for Yuki is the historic Courage Russian Imperial Stout, aged for 9 months in Japanese whisky barrels. Yuki has rich, caramel and chocolate flavours, boosted by notes of rum, tobacco and wood.
Named Yuki for a Japanese word for courage.
Well Shot 13%
The base beer for Well Shot is our Fighting Ale Imperial Stout, it has then been aged in Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels for over 12 months. Massive aromatics of vanilla and caramel from the barrel, with intense chocolate, dried fruit and boozy notes.
A Well Shot is a shot from the well (or rack) of house liquors sat behind a bar.
