Description
It's springtime, the birds are singing, the sky is blue and the leaves are starting to bud. It seemed fitting to make a spring time beer and what better than an easy drinking pale ale infused with elderflowers. We have used East Kent Goldings hops late in the boil to add some spice and honey flavours but the main event is the addition of the elderflowers which give a unique favour to the beer.
