Jake's Session IPA

Description

Were not re-inventing the wheel, just making the ride smoother. An easy-drinking-session IPA with a subtle backbone of citrus and floral aromas. A week of fermenting with a classic American yeast, provides the platform for the further week of dry-hopping to embed a crisp bitterness whilst the overarching feel remains smooth. By not filtering the beer, we accept the extra time in the tank but relish the extra layers of complexity retained in the taste. Created with an eye on those lager drinkers who fancied a slight change in rhythm.
