Description
Our American Blonde ale is easy drinking and very approachable. Our aim for this beer is to make it very sessionable, refreshing, clean and a beer that can be drunk all year round. The Thirsty Eagle should have a light backbone of malt sweetness; think light bready/biscuit flavours. It should also have a medium hop aroma and flavour whilst not being too assertive. For the aroma you should expect citrus/fruity overtones that should just be enough to identify without it being overbearing. The flavours should be synonymous with the aromas and give you a very light citrus flavour that doesn’t linger too much. On the backend, there should be a low to medium level of bitterness which dissipates, giving the beer a clean easy drinking profile.
