Description
We wanted to brew a pale with a clean, light malt backbone to let the hops shine. Duet is our exploration of hop combinations with each version showcasing two varieties of the freshest hops we can get our hands on.
In this version we combined one of our favourite hops; Simcoe with a hop generally used more for bittering rather than flavour additions in Summit.
We'd brewed with this batch of Summit the day before and it smelled so good we changed our Duet plans last minute to include it.
