Description
Soft, fruity, crisp and super dry! This Brut IPA throws off a massive tropical nose thanks to the Citra at flameout, Double dry hop with Vic Secret and unsweetened passionfruit puree added in fermenter. Delicate yet full and fruity on the palate with the Lager malt and high carbonation levels aiding the crisp dry finish. This beer was a favourite during our pilot showcase at BrewDog Nottingham and with some tweaks and improvements during the upscaling process, the final version won't disappoint.
