Description
Alien Ink is our first Cascadian Dark Ale or as we know, Black IPA. Rich dark malts give a roasty but smooth and creamy base with a balanced hoppy finish from the Amarillo Cryo, Citra and Simcoe with minimal bitterness. Fermented with our Little Monster house yeast to give bold and tropical flavours. So good it will make you want to phone home!
