Description
Sorachi Ace Hopped Stouts aren't that common, but Gazza is a firm believer in the marriage of coconutty, herby Sorachi with chocolatey and roasty stoutiness! Here we've deployed the Sorachi as a dry-hop added after fermentation is complete for the maximum extraction of the flavours and it has worked a treat with the roasty dry stout enlivened by herby, coconut overtones. Malted Barley, Wheat, Hops (Columbus, Sorachi Ace) and Yeast.
