Description

Many years ago, when Gazza ran Hopcraft in Wales, he did a collaboration with Dean from Devon (ex brewer at various places down there and fellow hop lover) and they created something which was, for the time, quite unique... a bitter, extra pale, hoppy pale ale bursting with winey, tropical fruit and oily hoppiness. Now, after many changes, it's back... extra pale, dry, and still with the big hop blast of the original, but softer as is the style of the times. Pacific pale, get involved...

Barley, Wheat, Hops (Magnum, Taiheke, Nelson Sauvin, Galaxy, Motueka) and Yeast.
