Description
Barrel Aged Brett IPA. A tropical, stonefruit forward IPA with notable nectarine and mango flavours. Aged on wood for 3 months, tannic qualities play against the soft fruit creating a perceived sweetness and creaminess. Grapeiness and a full, rounded mouthfeel give chardonnay qualities while a cutting alcohol finishes.
