Description
This one is based on a pilot brew that went down a storm at our taproom. An imperial stout grain bill, mashed high for big body and lots of residual sugars, then paired with a low attenuating yeast. Super smooth and full bodied. Light sweetness with notes of dark chocolate and treacle.
