Description
Our first seasonal beer. A pint of Peacemaker is perfect for a hot summer's day. Try a half, served over ice with a dash of elderflower cordial for sweetness.
Malt: Maris Otter and premium Bohemian Pilsner
Hops and addition: Czech Saaz hop and Elderflower
Colour: pale, lager like
Nose: zesty, light notes with subtle Elderflower aromas.
Taste: very light brew with refreshing acidity of Champagne yeast and summery elderflower notes
