Description
Malt: Simple combination of Maris Otter, torrified wheat and Crystal malts.
Hops: An all-American combination of Cascade and Chinook balanced with Wilamette. Pellets of Cascade and Chinook are used for dry hopping.
Colour: A clean amber that you would expect from IPA.
Nose: Sweet and hoppy aromas resembling tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit.
Taste: Strong, bitter IPA. Sweet ripped tropical fruits such as Passionfruit, mango and grapefruit. Long bitter finish that stays on pallet.
