Description
This year our low-ABV table beer, Long Story Short, takes a Belgian-inspired direction. Fermented with our new Belgian strain, this beer is crisp, refreshing and at 3.2% is oh-so-smashable! The perfect beer to ease into the New Year with. A base of Pils malt, 25% flaked oats and 25% wheat provide the background for hopping with Brewers Gold, Savinjski Goldings and small doses of Simcoe and El Dorado. Think hints of floral, citrus and pine. Its a little beauty! 3.2%, 15IBU, 11EBC.
