Description
The human tendency to seek patterns in random information. The strongest of our core range was inspired by sipping (rather strong) beers and philosophising about life. A Belgian-style Tripel of a simple composition: the palest Pilsner malt, some sugar to lighten the body and some hops, orange peel and coriander to balance it out.
