Mad Cat's Under Pressure is a California Common or Steam Beer. A pale style first brewed in the 1880s to quench the thirst of American gold prospectors. It's an Ale / Lager hybrid providing a smooth sweet and malty flavour that we have combined with British and European hops to provide gorgeous floral aroma and lingering bitterness.
