Description
Duality is a product of a dual fermentation; a light ale fermented with Voss Kveik yeast and Lactobacillus Plantarum bacteria. The yeast provides the bulk of the alcohol, whilst the bacteria creates the lactic acid for this sours signature tartness. 60kg of British blackberry pure was added to the fermenter, as well as 1kg of Atlantic sea salt. The result is a light yet complex sour, brim full of juicy berry flavours, as well as a spiky sourness that is rounded off with a delicate saline finish.
Duality is unfiltered with a natural haze (meaning it is suitable for vegans) and best enjoyed when stored cold and drunk as fresh as possible.
