Description
A collaboration with the dive bar legends at Blondies London. HAIL is a 3% Blackberry, Blackcurrant & Raspberry sour. A light ale fermented with Voss Kveik yeast and Lactobacillus Helveticus bacteria. The yeast provides the bulk of the alcohol, whilst the bacteria creates the lactic acid for this sour’s signature tartness balanced with the natural sweet & sour of the berries used.
