For this recipe, take the rye and oat heavy base from I AM BECOME DEATH, some high temperature yeast abuse generating some funky fruity esters, now, take the hop bill, Citra, Amarillo, Mosaic.
AND THEN
Multi stage dry hopping with Citra Cryo, Incognito and an astronomical amount of IDAHO 7, it's absolutely SOAKING in it.

What this leads to is a hazy, sweet and cereal milk style body (no lactose in sight on this one, its just rye and maltodex) But a staggering amount of hops balances it all out. Finally, we dose with our house blend pepper tea, subtle but gives a bit of umami and heat.

We had a great day working with Ads on this, we're a massive fan of the Old Flax Store projects. He's so so passionate that its infectious, even after leaving for Leeds at 3am. After a double stack of kebabs, we pushed on. It's the Mash Gang way.
