Beer style: Saison (sez-on)/Farm house Ale – a simple Belgian farmhouse ale, single hopped with Sorachi Ace. A pale ale, fruity, yeasty, but dominated by the hops Appearance: Pale, hazy, light straw with a lush white head. Aroma: Bubble gum, Coconut, yeast funkyness and savoury notes Flavour: sweet, round, soft bubble gum, mild bitterness but which becomes lighter and morish. Mouthfeel: light, soft to round, refreshing, leading to a long dry finish Aftertaste: coconut, bubble gum and yeast but very dry Food pairing: Traditional meats, deserts, cheeses, sea food
