Hop: Columbus (for bittering)
Adjuncts: Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee (supplied by Edgcumbes Coffee Roasters & Tea Merchants), Columbian Chocolate (prestigious Cocoa Fino de Aroma label), and Grade A, 100% Canadian Maple Syrup
Tasting notes: Oak up front on the nose, silky chocolate and maple syrup on the finish with coffee backbone
