Description
A classic American style IPA brewed with, among others, the most classic of American hops, Cascade, the signature hop variety used in many American Pale Ales and IPAs. Cascade is famous for its floral, spicy and citrus character. We use a base of pale malted spring malted barley with a touch of amber malt, a lightly toasted malt that adds a touch of toffee flavour and ferment with a clean US yeast strain. For IPA 2 we removed the Goldings and replaced with Colombus, creating a more resinous and bitter IPA taking the IBU`s from 35 to 55
