Description

Tropical Fruit Chardonnay Barrel Aged Sour. As part of our collaboration with Juguetes Perdidos we decided to push things close to the edge. We combined the taste of the tropical jungle with a strong, brett-fermented backbone and then retired it in our barrel cellar until everything was perfect. The combination of wild yeast from the fruits delivers a furious, fruity aroma upfront, especially of pineapple, while the ineffable brett-funk rounds off the background. The beer tastes dry, with a slightly pithy crispness that lingers on the palate. The message is, even at 7.2% ABV, Funk Master Flash is very moreish.
