Description
Ghost Dance marks the latest in our DIPA series. This big DIPA weighs in at a full on 8.5%. Hopped relentlessly with Citra and Ekuanot LupuLN2 powder, it’s the our first foray into a brave new world of cryo-hops. We followed up big whirlpool additions with a big post-fermentation dry-hopping of Citra, Ekuanot & Simcoe. Finished at a higher gravity to give big body and full texture, caramel and toffee notes play with hop-hits of resinous pine, citrus and stone fruit.
