ALL CAPS is a 4.5% American Pils. Tank time is always given to lagers in our brewhouse. All Caps is a touch sweeter than its European peers, with the addition of maize lending a biscuity bite to the crisp refreshment you expect from a lager. If you like hops and you're looking for a bit more flavour from a lager, this is for you.
