A bold, transatlantic tribute to the hop-forward ales of the American West.
Brewed to 4.8% and loaded with Simcoe, Centennial, and Amarillo hops, this cask-conditioned pale ale delivers waves of pine resin, grapefruit zest, and orange peel, all riding over a clean, toasty malt backbone.
Firm bitterness anchors the bright citrus and dank, earthy edge, while the smooth cask pour keeps it beautifully drinkable. Unfiltered, unapologetic, and unmistakably West Coast.
