Description
This is a special beer brewed to celebrate the birthday of the Northern Lights bar in Belfast. A full bodied and sweet oatmeal stout, layered with crystal and chocolate malts and a touch of roasted barley. We cold steeped freshly ground coffee, roasted by local coffee experts Bailies Coffee Roasters, before adding late into the kettle along with the perfect blend of ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove for that warming festive vibe.
